San Diego is seeing an increase in new homes. Nationwide new home construction is at a 4 year high. In San Diego new construction is continuing in several Inland communities including Torrey Highlands.

Torrey Highlands is just west of Rancho Penasquitos along I-56. The community is part of the award-winning Poway Unified School District and is served by several new schools including Westview High School.

Several home builders are continuing to build in the community. Davidson’s Maricel is selling its final homes. All of the two-story homes include a bedroom and full bath on the first floor for added flexibility.

Pulte offers Latitude at Torrey Meadows. These two-story homes all have great rooms making it easy to share family time. They also offer many flex-options so you can design a home that works best for your family. Pulte homes include features, fixtures and finishes that are often upgrade options for other builders.

Torrey Highlands hasn’t forgotten about shopping with a local shopping center that offers everything from groceries to local dining options. Just want to grab a cup of coffee or a quick snack with friends, you can do this at the Torrey Highlands center.

Torrey Highlands offers access to freeways to make commuting or playing in San Diego easy. Torrey Highlands is a great neighborhood for any household. If you would like more information about homes or the community, please contact me.
